These sessions are completely tailored to you. We focus on your individual goals, fitness level and any specific needs or injuries. Youβll receive dedicated support, clear guidance, and a training plan that adapts as you progress. π―π
π€ Small Group Sessions (2-4 people):
Train with others in a motivating environment while still getting high-quality coaching. Itβs a great way to stay accountable, enjoy the process and push yourself alongside like-minded people. ππ
Each session includes:
